In our years of serving the Detroit area, we have come to anticipate the questions that our new customers will ask when they call. We're always working hard to save you both time and money, so in the interest of saving you some time right now, we've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions. I don't have time to come down to your place of business to make the arrangements. Can we handle it when we call?

Absolutely! Some of our customers prefer to come down to the lot and look at the limos before they book their trip, but if you are in a hurry we would be more than happy to handle it completely over the phone. All you've got to do is provide us with a bit of information, like the number of guests you expect and the date you desire our services. A quick credit card deposit when you call to speak to us is all that's necessary to lock down the date of your choice and to reserve a specific vehicle for your trip. It's simple!

I'm more hands-on than that and I like to oversee all plans. Is it possible to come inspect the limousines, meet the chauffeurs, speak with the staff, etc.?

Not only is it possible, but we'd love it. We've got customers that love to oversee every aspect of the planning of their trip, and then we've got customers that love to take advantage of all our services and just let us handle everything. It doesn't matter which type of customer you are, we will work with your preferences, and you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

Can you take me to areas outside of your service area, and will there be a fee?

This depends on many factors, including how far the desired destination is. We do our best to take our customers wherever they want to go, but sometimes we have to enforce a fee for trips more than 50 miles outside of Detroit. Give us a call to find out the specifics about the locations that you'd like to visit, and we'll make all terms clear before you book your transportation.
